Sales Price

Timing of Payment

Payment is processed at the time the order is placed.

For credit card payments, the actual date on which the amount is charged to your account will be determined by the terms and conditions of your card issuer. For other payment methods, payment will be processed in accordance with the terms and conditions of the applicable payment service provider.

Shipping and Delivery

In-stock items will be shipped as soon as they are ready after the order and payment have been confirmed.

Made-to-order items will be produced within the production period stated on the relevant product page and shipped upon completion.

Estimated delivery times after shipment are as follows:

• Japan: 3–5 business days
• Selected regions in Asia: 3–7 business days
• North America: 5–8 business days
• Oceania: 5–8 business days
• Europe: 5–8 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on the destination, weather conditions, transportation conditions, the carrier’s circumstances, customs clearance, or other factors.

International shipments may require additional time due to customs clearance procedures or other circumstances.

Validity of Applications

If a sales period or order deadline applies to a particular product, it will be stated on the relevant product page. If no such information is displayed, there is no specific application deadline.

One-of-a-Kind items are unique pieces and will no longer be available once sold.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled only within 24 hours after the order is placed. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us through the inquiry form on this website within 24 hours of placing your order.

Cancellations will not be accepted after 24 hours have passed from the time the order was placed.

For made-to-order items, items produced according to a specified size or specification, and other custom-order items, cancellations will still be accepted within 24 hours of placing the order, even if production has already begun during that period.

Returns and Exchanges

Every Edova piece is individually handcrafted and created with careful attention to detail. Made-to-order and custom pieces are created specifically for each collector. Therefore, returns or exchanges due to a change of mind, personal preference, incorrect size selection, or other customer-related reasons are not accepted.

If your item arrives defective, differs from the item ordered, or has been damaged during shipping, please follow the procedure below within three days of receiving your order:

1. Contact us through the inquiry form within three days of receiving the item. Please include your order number and photographs clearly showing the condition of the item.
2. The item must be unused and remain in the condition in which it was delivered. Please return it in its original packaging together with all accessories and other contents included with the shipment.
3. After shipping the return, please provide us by email with the relevant shipping information, including the tracking number.

If the item is confirmed to be defective, incorrect, or damaged during shipping, we will cover the necessary return shipping costs.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for items that have been resized, repaired, altered, modified, or otherwise changed by the customer or any third party after delivery.

Returns or exchanges may also be refused if the item is returned without prior notice, has been used, if the item or any accessories are damaged or missing, or if the item is not maintained in the condition in which it was delivered.

Handmade Products and Natural Materials

Edova products include handmade pieces individually crafted by hand. Due to the nature of handmade production, slight variations may occur in shape, dimensions, surface finish, color, and other details. Such variations inherent to handmade products are not considered defects.

Natural gemstones, natural coral, and other natural materials may exhibit variations in color and pattern, inclusions, minor surface irregularities, natural lines, fissures, or other naturally occurring characteristics. Such inherent characteristics of natural materials that are shown or described in advance in the photographs or descriptions on the relevant product page are not considered defects.

Please purchase only after understanding and accepting the characteristics inherent to natural materials.

Product Images

We make every reasonable effort to display product colors as accurately as possible. However, actual colors may appear different depending on the device used, display settings, lighting conditions, and other viewing environments.

Sizing

The size and dimensions of each item are stated on the relevant product page. As our products are handmade, slight differences may occur between the stated dimensions and the actual item.

For rings and other items stated on the product page as not eligible for resizing, resizing cannot be accepted after purchase. Please carefully confirm the size before placing your order.
